Phishing campaign targeting InterNetX customers with fraudulent payment reminders
We are currently observing a phishing campaign targeting InterNetX customers. Fraudulent emails are being sent falsely claiming that an outstanding invoice must be paid promptly in order to avoid service interruptions or additional reminder fees. These messages emphasize that the payment is particularly important for the renewal of your domain. The included link leads to a website not operated by InterNetX and is designed to steal payment information.
Please note: InterNetX does not send email reminders requesting urgent payments for domain renewals. We will never ask you to make such payments through links sent via email.
